How it all started...
Our story is really a testimony of God’s faithfulness—how He works through every season of life to bring about His purpose.
Our pastor was born and raised in New York, the third of four children, in a home led by a single mother who did everything she could to provide and care for her family. Life wasn’t always easy, and there were many challenges along the way. But even in those difficult moments, God was at work, weaving together a plan that would only become clear in time.
As a teenager, he attended church with his grandmother and was involved in youth group. He was around faith, but it wasn’t yet personal. That all changed at the age of 19, when he walked into a Spanish-speaking church—very different from the one he had grown up in. It was there that everything became real. In that moment, he encountered the Lord in a personal way, surrendered his life to Christ, and experienced true transformation. He entered that church spiritually empty, but left alive—born again through the power of God.
It was also there that God began to build something more. He met his wife, and by the age of 21 they were married, beginning their life together and raising their three children. Through the years, God continued to shape his heart and deepen his calling.
In 2006, the Lord placed a clear calling on his life: to plant a church. But as with so many things in God’s plan, it didn’t happen how it was "expected" to go. Instead, it required patience, trust, and obedience. For years, he waited—praying, growing, and faithfully serving wherever God opened doors.
During that time, he spent over two decades serving in various ministries, including youth, young adults, and worship. Each season was part of God’s preparation. Most recently, he served for six years as an assistant pastor at Calvary Chapel Gulf Coast, where his passion for people and for God’s Word continued to grow.
Now, in 2025, that long-awaited calling has come into focus. God has opened the door, and in faith, this church was planted—built on years of prayer, preparation, and trust in His perfect timing.
This church exists to share the love of Christ, to teach His Word faithfully, and to create a place where people can encounter God in a real and life-changing way. We believe the best is still ahead, and we’re excited to see all that God will do as this story continues.

Expanding the vision...
We live in Cape Coral, the second-largest city in Florida, a place filled with people from all walks of life, backgrounds, and experiences. With such a large and growing community around us, we truly believe that the harvest is plentiful. There are so many individuals and families searching for hope, purpose, and truth. Our heart is to reach this city with the love of Jesus—to be a light in our community, to serve with compassion, and to share the life-changing message of the gospel. We desire to see lives restored, families strengthened, and people come to know Christ in a real and personal way, as we faithfully follow the calling God has placed before us.
Where we are headed...
Where we are headed is centered on following Jesus faithfully and reaching people with His love. Our desire is to be a church grounded in God’s Word, led by the Spirit, and committed to genuine, life-giving community where people can grow in their faith.
As we move forward, we want to see lives transformed, families strengthened, and people come to know Christ in a real and personal way. We are trusting God to guide each step, open doors for outreach, and use us to be a light in our city.
